The company produces steel and power through backward integration from its own captive coal and iron-ore mines. The client also faced the difficulty of negotiating contract terms that would allow flexibility for SAP license purchases in the future.
The client’s corporate IT implemented Cloud Enabled License Saver tool to review the current state of their SAP Licenses consumed by different SAP systems. Client wanted to understand if the current SAP License type is appropriate for the functions performed by the user and wanted to see the options to remove some of the access from the user if the role is not being used.
